An architecturalo concept for the creation of an exclusive Italian-style hotel in Dubai. The building is suspended over a forest of steel columns, producing a mist of vapour and so giving the impression that the hotel floats over a cloud. The hotel lobby is located 60 meters above the ground, accessible from the ground floor shopping mall through transparent elevators.
