The Saporiti company of those years is the company of research and experimentation.
The Jumbo series represents very well the spirit that always motivated the Besnate-based company.
It is not a chair, it is not a toy.
It is indeed one of the most advanced experiment concerning the use of plastic fibers made in the field of design.
The experience acquired with the Jumbo project opened the way to the development of many other plastic products and components for the entire furniture industry.
It was clearly the result of a "scientific" collaboration with one of the masters of italian architecture and design of all times: Alberto Rosselli. |
